EPMG Partners is seeking experienced Close Protection Officers (male and female) to support high-profile clients from the Middle East during their summer stays in London and across Europe. These assignments require highly professional operators capable of delivering discreet, client-focused protection while maintaining the highest standards. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong operational discipline, cultural awareness, and the ability to operate within a structured team environment supporting family principals, children, and accompanying staff.
Close Protection Operative
Key Responsibilities
- Provide close protection services to principals and family members during residential stays, travel, and public engagements.
- Maintain a professional, discreet, and client-focused protective presence at all times.
- Conduct advance planning, venue reconnaissance, and risk assessments for movements and events.
- Support safe movements including foot protection, vehicle movements, and residential security.
- Coordinate with drivers, household staff, and local partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain situational awareness and respond professionally to dynamic environments.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and international compliance standards.
Requirements
- Valid Close Protection Licence (SIA for UK operations).
- Proven experience in Close Protection, military, or specialist security roles.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, VIPs, or private families.
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate within a structured command environment.
- Cultural awareness and professionalism when working with Middle Eastern clients.
- Ability to travel across Europe and deploy for extended summer assignments.
- Fluent English (additional European languages are an advantage).
