Quality Policy

The EPM Global Ltd is established within the services industry with an excellent reputation achieved through the application of professionalism and the dedication to quality of service and the achievement of client satisfaction.

It is the policy of EPM Global Ltd to operate to the following British Standards:

  • BS 7858:2019- Security screening of individuals employed in a security environment
  • BS 7499:2020- Static site guarding and mobile patrol services code of practice
  • BS 7960:2016- Door supervisors/ stewards code of practice
  • BS 8507:2008- Code of Practice for close protection services
  • BS 8406:2020- Event stewarding and crowd safety code of practice
  • BS 7984:2016- Keyholding and response services code of practice

The EPM Global Ltd is committed to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and with the effective introduction and application of quality assurance systems and procedures the company will be able to improve its overall efficiency with the target of achieving greater levels of performance and service as our ultimate aim.

We have adopted a risk-based approach to identify threats and opportunities to ensure that we continue to meet our own high expectations and those of our customers. We are committed to the provision of all applicable resources to implement and maintain our QMS and the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

To give the QMS purpose and direction, SMART Quality objectives are agreed upon at all levels of the organisation and are regularly reviewed. Objectives include identified risks and opportunities and support our overall business strategy.

To ensure that all relevant staff, customers, and third parties are aware of the QMS, and their particular responsibilities within it, this policy is displayed and communicated publicly, supported by awareness and training activity.

We are committed to the continued review and improvement of the QMS and ensure continued compliance with contractual, legal, and other requirements applicable to the organisation.
